You are invited to attend Hammond’s 3rd annual Literacy Night, April 9th, 2009 from
6-7:30. Come read with a hero; firefighters, police officers, basketball players, wrestlers, cheerleaders, pilots, National Guard soldiers, Chuck-e-Cheese, and Crater from the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes. Parents come and learn about reading opportunities for your students and have a barbecued hot dog dinner and listen to the live music.
