3rd Grade

Dear Parent / Guardian:                                           

          The Third Grade Team is excited for a new school year.  In making preparations for this coming year, we met to discuss school supplies that we especially want to see our third graders bring to school.  This list may be different than the list provided by the district, but our hope is to save you money on items we will not be using this year.

 

Wells, Bernard, and Evans’ 3rd Grade Supply List:

Required:

  • 3 – ring binder
  • Pencil pouch to go into 3 – ring binder
  • Scissors
  • Pencil sharpener - Handheld with shavings catcher
  • Backpack
  • Box of facial tissues
  • Wide ruled loose leaf notebook paper
  • Pencils
  • Colored pencils
  • Glue sticks
  • White Plastic eraser (pink erasers tend to rip paper)

 The fifth grade team appreciates everything you do to make Hammond students successful.  We are asking you to try your best to help provide your child with the following supplies, some of which may need to be replenished later in the school year.  If you are unable to provide supplies, we will make sure your child has access to the necessary materials.  Thank you!
